My 15 years of experience in the roofing industry, which includes working for the top installer in the Western Cape as well as a spell with the top supplier in the western Cape, have provided me with the required knowledge and skill to launch the SupaClad venture in 2016. My main focus and speciality is in the industrial roofing sector We have grown tremendously in the last 8 years and continue to strive towards being amongst the top Installers in our region.
As owner/manager of the company, my main commitment is delivering a world class job and at the same time, building and maintaining strong customer relations.
Enrico Joined SupaClad in 2018 after a long spell with one of the top roofing installers in the Western Cape where he also worked
as a project manager for their commercial division. He has also launched SupaClad's sister company Asbestech Pty Ltd in 2022 which offers a range of services in the Asbestos removal and disposal industry. Enrico has been in the roofing industry for the last 10 years with his main focus being commercial, industrial and asbestos removal
Unice joined Supaclad in 2020 and his worked his way up to a project manger role in 2024. He has a broad range of skills obtained in various industries in similar roles and his skills in terms of site management and customer Lliason.
Unice is also in charge of the fleet management and stock control and his perfectionist personality offers much value to the company.
Jovan aka Jay, has been with SupaClad since early 2017 with a background in construction and carpentry. He has worked his way up to site foreman , managing a team of 6-15 staff on any given project. He has completed some major projects for the company including 2 major projects for Eskom (Koeberg nuclear) and his skills on the roof as well as managing his sites are highly valued.
Justin joined SupaClad in 2021 and has moved his way up the ranks with ease to lead a team of 6-10 staff. He has successfully managed a major project for Astron refinery in 2022 and he constantly strives to offer his best to the company and leads by example. Justin also assists the PM team in terms of logistics and enquiries and also leads to the teams resposible for Asbestos removal.
Gamdoel aka Doelie, has been with SupaClad since 2017 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. Doelie has been in the roofing industry for well over 50 years and his passion and commitment is highly valued.
Doelie currently manages teams working on the larger commercial and industrial projects and his "old school" methods and leadershp skills are extremely hard to find.
SupaClad currently employs 3 permanent teams and 2 teams of sub contractors who assist when required. As company owner, my firm belief is that your staff members are your biggest asset and we value what every individual member brings to the table.
We have a broad range of experience within the teams raning from 1 year to 20 years in the industry. Our staff members strive towards perfection and upholding the company's motto "Do it right the first time"
SupaClad Roofing along with our sister company Asbestech, are VAT registered and fully compliant with workman's compensation We are fully insured, including public liability cover.
All of our staff are issued with the required personal protective equipment, We are up to date interms of Occupational Health and safety regulations and all staff undergo regular safety training.
Staff are also required to undergo annual medical assesments and other training includes, fall arrest, first aid, rescue, scaffold erection etc.
Our vehicles are kept in roadworthy condition and equipped with fire extinguishers and trackers.
